Dishonest, unreliable, and fraudulent. Brian Here was hired (and paid) to mow our lawn weekly. After somebody working for him mistakenly broke a glass panel (rock from weed whacker), Brian acknowledged this face-to-face and said well, I owe you a window then commented how this was only the second time it occurred in his 20+years of business. He said he was going to take care of it and get a contractor to come to replace the panel. This stuff happens and it is not the end of the world but the way it was handled was reprehensible. After leaving broken glass on my patio, Brian left and was unresponsive to any outreach for a week. Finally, my wife texted him and he responded by saying he's been busy trying to find a contractor to fix the window and asked if we could do the same. I will give him a benefit of the doubt but we called 3 local window contractors - none of which had heard from him. After we found a contractor to fix the window, we connected Brian to them so he could pay them to get started. It has been 4 weeks with absolutely no response from Brian (phone calls, text messages, emails - both from my wife and I and the window panel replacement contractor). Now he's ghosted us and left us with a $2000 replacement panel bill... and he stopped showing up to cut the grass. Of course, being stiffed with a $2000 unexpected repair is not great, but being ghosted by Brian after leaving shattered glass all over my patio is far more offensive. It was made clear to him if he can not pay that it was understood but at least return the phone call and send somebody to clean up the broken glass... At least to protect my five-year-old and two-year-old from serious injury. I have video and audio evidence of all of this along with text messages previously asking for quotes on additional work (which he kept saying he would do then never did).

$2,000
Brian reused the existing bricks in my front walk as I requested. His men worked quickly and left the area clean and neat. The outcome was amazing: old-looking, but in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.

Working with Professionally Green has caused my family so much stress, financial hardship, and has left the front of my house unfinished and a mess. He took all the money for the job and left the job unfinished! I would not recommend this company to my enemy. Brian seemed very nice and professional in the beginning but it quickly became clear that he was not one to stick to timelines or be truthful about the timelines or pricing. Pricing and Contract: - Brianâ s original quote of the job was nearly half of the total I ended up paying him in the end - Brian took weeks to provide me with a written contract and the contract was missing several key parts of the job that the plans clearly included Timelines Brian told me: - During initial consultation/estimate & when he started in July 2019 he told us whole job would be done in 3-4 weeks - I asked several times throughout the project about when the job would be done and was always told a lie - Over a year after the start date and the job is still incomplete When they first began the job they were working quickly and getting things done. Brian was always asking for additional money to complete the job and I trusted him so I gave it to him. On September 7, 2019 he asked for the final $5,000 for the job, when I gave it to him I was very clear that this was his final payment and he agreed. Once September came around they stopped showing up to the job for over a month and Brian would just say theyâ re coming tomorrow, the next day, next week, etc but no one would ever come. They started back up in late October and stopped coming again the end of November. Brian told me they were not coming to dig because one of his workers had Mono, they didnâ t come to dig for several weeks so I told him he obviously needed to hire someone else to dig the trench, customers should not be left with an incomplete job for weeks due to one workerâ s sickness. The digging was never complete. In November I contacted Brian several times after the workers stopped arriving for days and asked what was going on and when the job would be finished he never answered. After I pointed out that the job was clearly very behind schedule, he tried to blame me, I told him heâ s wrong then he never came back (clearly I offended him and my punishment is an incomplete job). Then on December 5th I came home and all the supplies from his workers were taken away. I reached out to him via phone call and text he never answered. I left several voicemails with no answers. We have been left with an incomplete job with a trench filled with water along our driveway, a driveway covered in mud and sand that I have to step in everyday, veneer missing from the house, no lighting, and a dirt front lawn. There is still about $20,000 worth of work that needs to be completed, money that Brian already has from me. When it was very clear Brian had no intention of returning to the job I contacted my lawyer who sent Brian a certified letter giving him 10 days to respond before we file a lawsuit, unfortunately Brian never answered. I had another lawyer send a similar certified letter several months later, still no reply. I also reported him to consumer affairs where an investigator there is looking into the case and has spoken to Brian. Brian came up with several excuses as to why he left my job but after a while he completely ignored consumer affairs. If Brian is not concerned about 2 certified letters with possible lawsuits and the consumer affairs he has clearly done this before and plans to continue doing it. Do not use Professionally Green they will take your money and leave you with an incomplete job!

I did not want to do this but Brian has left me no choice. Initial contact was very good, answered all my questions and we picked out the stone and gave the deposit. All of this occurred April 22. It has been raining a lot so I gave him the benefit of the doubt that work was being held because of the rain. I contacted him on May 5th and he said it was and that he will go to the town the next day to submit a permit. No communication from May 5th, May 14 contacted him no answer, May 15, as well as calls, facebook messages, HomeAdvisor messages. I did see he posted something on facebook asking for full-time masos, even replied to that post and still, he does not respond. I have not gotten one reply as of yet. The least that can be done is say sorry I cannot do it or I will return your deposit and survey but I have exhausted all my energy in trying to contact him and this is why I am here now. I even called the town yesterday and nothing has been submitted, so we start with the lies. I try to be understanding and honest and all I ask is the same. What a shame because I thought Brian was professional enough and good enough as what our initial conversations portrayed to have a good working relationship and now the trust is not there and who wants to work with someone that is not honest or have customer service. Update: I just wanted to advise the contractor contacted us after this review and was very upset I wrote what I wrote but it does not excuse the poor communication no matter the scenario. He just texted us and didn't even call us regarding the lack of communication. I am not trying to sabotage any ones business but 1 call or text could of avoided this whole situation. Even if the permit was submitted at least would of given me a piece of mind.

"Yes I was contracted by Xiomara to do a brick paver patio. Actually we met a couple times at the supplier where we discussed what type of color she wanted for her paver and talked via text discussing it as well before she made her decision. There was no need to go to the town and pull a permit for the job as it was replacing an existing structure and wasn't bigger than what she currently had. That is why I never pulled a permit as it was not needed her for her job. The month's of May, June, and July it rained significantly and she was aware of this since I had been talking to her via her phone over the month. So then it wasn't until the end of may before the Memorial Day holiday that my office received a message from her via facebook messenger asking about her job. In turn had replied to her that due to the inclement weather we planned on starting her job the following week. However, we never got a return reply from this message. At this time we had still not deposited her check of $600 for the job, which got returned due a stop payment she had placed that weekend on the check. On Sunday we deposited her check in lue of starting , however , I had texted here on Monday that we would be coming and had now stated that she did not want us to come, which she never stated until I had to follow up with her the next week. Then that same day she put this review on HA about how she was so unhappy for lack of communication whereas I been talking to her several times throught the month and met with her at the supplier to pick out her material, and which I hadn't even deposited her check until the day we planned on doing the job. So her writing this review really caught me by surprise when I had been talking to her all along and we answered her message she sent via messenger. With regards to have and advertisement on facebook for help, it is normal for a business to keep an ongoing ad to fill a growing companies positions and keep a backlog of applications as needed so there's is a continuous pull of supply. So if she jumped to her own conclusions because she saw an add, I can't help her with that."

Brian was great to deal with. Very professional and thorough. He responsed to questions quickly, and went out of his way to make sure extra details were taken care of - at no extra charge. The job came out great, and in a very short amount of time! Highly recomended.

Brian and his crew were great to work with, and did a fantastic job on my pavers. My original pavers in the back yard that sank and became uneven over the years. Brian's crew basically redid the pavers from scratch. The job came out perfectly. They also did some repair work on my front yard walkway pavers, and that came out great as well. I would definitely use them again!

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job on a big project on our property, at a very fair price. They were all easy to deal with, very professional and most importantly, they came up with wonderful suggestions on style and function. We couldn't be happier with the results. The stone and patio work they did can only be described as Artistic and Beautiful. Everyone that sees the work is blown away! It added an amazing appeal and value to our home. They ripped out our old patio, a 160 foot railroad tie wall, and front concrete walkway and installed a magnificent 160 foot chipped blue stone wall, a new blue stone walkway in the front and rear yards, a huge two level blue stone patio in the yard, a natural stone wall in the rear corner of my yard, and lined the driveway, rear walkway and window wells with dark grey granite blocks. Brian felt my old brick back stoop didn't work so they built us a magnificent round matching blue stone stoop for the rear entrance. The wall and walkways/patio were all laid on a proper bed of stone and QP and all the necessary drainage behind the walls was included. Everything was well thought out in terms of the order of construction and we had numerous discussions on options as the work proceeded. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brian and appreciate the hard work and attention to detail that culminated in a very impressive result.

My backyard was a total mess, I added dirt but weeds were growing everywhere and it was a mosquito nest. So I needed a company that would be able to level off my backyard and add topsoil. I initially hired Brian to level off the backyard, add top soil and seeding it. Brian's crew came in the morning and started leveling off the ground and adding the top soil. I called Brian, and asked him if I could change from seeding to install sod. Brian without hesitation said absolutely, and he called his crew to not seed and go get the sod. Brian and his crew were very accommodating when I asked them to plant some trees I had, they did it quickly and included in the price (which was very reasonable). The backyard now looks amazing, and my neighbors are impressed, and a few of them asked me to give them Brian's number. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone, I even asked him to give me an estimate for my driveway.

Professionally green crew did a nice job paving our walkway,we are happy with work done. When Brian Heres came to get payment we asked him about some landscape work we needed done,he seemed to want to do the work , after we discussed the work jneeded done he said he would send an estimate and a snap shot of a design. We never heard from him after that, not very professional, although the name is Professionally Green.Since they did walkway we expected at least a call to say they were busy or whatever and could not do the work Not sure I want to recommend them to family or friends.

We hired Brian last year to do the hardscaping and landscaping of our backyard based upon an architectural plan we had done by another landscape architect. It was a huge job, which included replacing the patio, adding 2 piers, seating wall, and granite counter over cabinets, and building new back steps. The landscaping included removing weeds, poison ivy and brush on a hill behind the house, and planting over 300 perennials. Brian was very attentive to all details and his crew did an amazing job. They were here by 7:30A on the coldest days in November and December and worked as artisans in completing the patio and back steps. Although Brian can be difficult to reach at times, he always comes through.

Mr. Heres gave our home a beautiful transformation and great curb appeal. The tired and overgrown front landscape of our house was made into a showcase of our neighborhood. With a new paver sidewalk, landscaping, and lighting, we are the envy of the block. We have gotten many compliments from the neighbors since completing the project. Mr. Heres was great to work with and we look forward to the next project!!!
