Professor Plumb called me and quoted me one price on the phone, told me that if there was more of a problem, the price would be different. The problem was only slightly different from wh@t I thought it would, and the man charged me $40.00 more.

Overall pretty good. We had a faulty shower faucet that we tried replacing ourselves but couldn't do it right. These guys came same day and were done in less than an hour. Also replaced shower head for no extra cost. Overall happy with their work. Will definitely hire them again.

One thing I like is the guy that bid on the job... worked on the job. They are courtious and communicate everything along the way. I'm picky about good service and they hit all the high notes.
