Came out, ordered a new motor, installed the motors, and left. He told me everything was good to go, and the machine gave me the same error. Then when I tried to get them back out they passed me off to another vendor because they would not make room to get someone out to me. Unacceptable. If you do work, and it is not done right, you then. Should stop at nothing to make it right. Now I have to wait for another vendor and have been without my washer for over two weeks. Do not use these guys.

"Hi Chad. We are so sorry that we could not satisfy your request for repair. After looking into your dispatch it looks like you were sent over to us through American Home Shield. We went to your home and installed parts, after install you let us know that your unit was continuing to have issues. Seeing as we are a smaller family-owned company we strive to get to as many customers as possible in a timely manner, however sometimes we simply just do not have enough hours in a day. Instead of making you wait until our next available appointment we kindly lost this work-order and gave it to another vendor so that you would be taken care of quickly. By no means were we trying to just pass you off. When going through a home warranty company it's a network of vendors that work together to ensure repairs are made for all customers in a timely fashion. Again, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. -Kaitlyn."

By far the best experience I ve had. Extremely professional timely nice people. They basically diagnosed the problem. If after the repair it s not solved all further service and parts to complete are at their cost. This is unheard of . Essentially I have repairs where they fix one thing but then say it s really another and you end up with multiple calls and additional cost .

They called me within 5 minutes of requesting a quote. They sent a technician the same day. They gave me a 2 hour window which made it very convenient. The tech was personable and honest. It was a simple fix with no parts necessary. The tech made the repair during the visit and it was all covered by the service fee which was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!
