We just had our living room floor and bathrooms remodeled. Juan did a fabulous job! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and very patient as I kept changing my mind on the design I wanted. He listened to my idea and ran with it. He planned and designed all 3 of our bathrooms, his attention to detail is perfection. The showers, cabinets and sinks came out exactly how I wanted; the floor is so beautifully finished. Juan is a fantastic contractor! He is meticulous and his attention to detail is outstanding! As an interior designer, I most appreciated his creative ideas particularly with solutions to challenges with the architecture. My home is almost 100 years old so as you can imagine, there were some challenges. He brought me into the loop when he discover an unexpected issue and he had a plan to remedy the issue. Juan set a schedule and adhered to it, finishing the project on time. The renovated bathroom is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. I highly recommend Juan - he is very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and a real pleasure to work with! I will hire him for all of my home projects.

Juan built a pergola and poured a concrete pad for us after building a doorway and installing french doors in our cinderblock house. He installed three solar tubes in our ceiling and an exhaust fan for our stove hood. He was very communicative, respectful, tidy, and a fun person to work with. His bid was very reasonable and he was totally transparent with his process.

Juan did several varied jobs for me and all were done topnotch. He bumped out a wall in my bathroom and added a shower, added a butcherblock bar and ship lapped wall on the kitchen side. He did vinyl soffits and covered all wood above my brick siding to make the exterior of my house maintenance free as well as repairing tree damage to my roof. He is professional and multitalented and for me "one-stop shopping" when it comes to home repairs or new projects. I will definitely be hiring him again!

I recently hired Juan from proficient home services to build a treehouse for my son. Juan has done many projects for me over the years ranging from roofing, flooring and bathroom remodeling to just name a few. This was a project new to both of us. I showed Juan some pictures from the internet of what I liked and that is exactly what he made happen! Itâ s quite the treehouse. Itâ s about 10 feet off the ground, has a deck and a bridge to another tree where Juan installed about a 100ft zip line. Throughout the process he was open to new ideas and changes to our original plan. Safety for my son was my primary concern I felt that Juan felt the same way. I am extremely satisfied with the project and I would not hesitate to recommend Proficient Home Services for any of your home improvement or treehouse needs!

Jon did a perfect job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring. We set a time for him to come and he showed up and completed the job. He communicated to us throughout, and the end result was great! I donâ t think Iâ m picky, I just like things done correctly, and he definitely did it seamlessly. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to use his services.

Juan Caba is a high energy hard working individual that takes pride in his work. He is well versed in all aspects of home improvements, inside and out, he has an abundant amount of knowledge, experience and know how. Very polite, punctual, reliable and determined. He took initiative to fix even the smallest of details. He took time to teach and explain processes and procedures and offered up options/solutions. Mr. Juan Cappa professionalism and knowledge of the job was excellent. Mr.Cappa explain in detail about the replacement of the old rotten wood under washer and dyer in my home.
