Our experience working with Proficient Landscaping was outstanding. Adam, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He handled our backyard project from start to finish and did an excellent job. He was professional, disciplined, and ensured the site was cleaned up every evening before leaving. There were times when he encouraged us to rethink some of our choices, and in hindsight, he was absolutely right each time. We truly appreciated his expertise and guidance. We also noticed how well he treated his employees, which spoke volumes about his leadership. Adam is a true go-getter—he even worked directly with city officials to secure all the necessary approvals. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Adam and his crew and would highly recommend Proficient Landscaping.

Very responsive to our initial request for bids. Adam was very pleasant and professional, as well as his crew of professionals. Other companies we contacted were unwilling to work with our plans. Adam went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with their work. The crew was neat, cleaning up the project area everyday they worked. The company has all required tools and equipment to handle the jobs they bid. My wife and I are very pleased with our landscaping and paver driveway and walkways.

Adam understood exactly what I needed. His crew was well organized. By the end of the day, I had my backyard ready for my design. I couldn't be happier!

They dripped stucco on the new cement work I had done by another Home Advisor contractor. They came over to brush it off but now it is all smeared. Makes the job look messy. The wall they did looks Great!

I originally called a different company (for no specific reason other than they did landscaping) and they did not return my call. Adam returned my call promptly. He always either answered my phone call or returned it promptly, as well as emails. He and his crew made a couple of suggestions, which I appreciate. They did a good job on the walkway. I am very satisfied.

Adam is super easy to communicate with and he is brimming with creative ideas. His team is polite and quick to get the job done. But what we appreciate most of all, is that they are willing to stick with you until you are satisfied with the jobâ They arenâ t in a hurry to get to the next job.

Iâ ve worked with Adam (from Proficient Landscape) for over two years, beginning when he as a foreman completing a major landscape project for my wife and I in Walnut Creek. Job scope included site demolition, irrigation and drainage, concrete pour, sidewalk and porch paving, gas line install, composite decking/wood trellis, masonry seat wall, fire pit and drystack walls, boulders, lighting, soil prep, and of course, lots of trees and plants. My wife and I were and still are very happy with the landscape product that resulted in Adamâ s honesty, thoroughness, eye for detail and passion to get the job done right.
