This is the 2nd time I've used their service. Chris called to tell me he was on his way and he was 5 mins early. Chris went right to work and repaired both of my leaky faucets keeping me informed of everything he was doing through completion. He was very professional and courteous the entire time. I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

The Proficient Plumbing techs came to my house to remove / replace a malfunctioning solar hot water heater. They did a great job on both the removal / demo of the existing hot water heater as well as the replacement with a conventional 50 gal. 220 hot water heater. They also had state of the art copper piping splice equipment which they used to rerun the copper pipe work. I would recommend Proficient Plumbers to all in the Austin / Dripping Springs Area for any type plumbing issues they may have. Thanks Bertin again for a great job!!!!

Bertin is so awesome, thorough and honest. He explained everything to me that needed to be done, and when I needed an estimate of numerous plumbing repairs he was careful to give me options about what I could do to cut costs.
