Brian replaced our hot water heater and did an excellent job. He installed the brand of heater that we wanted, corrected the previous piping/fittings that where installed wrong and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Through Home Advisor assistance, Brian (Owner) contacted me, and after passing my project information and location information, he showed up within an hour. Very professional and polite. We discussed my requirements, with him checking for parts on hand, and then, providing an acceptable quote. He successfully completed the work in about 2.5 hours, with all functionality there and work space cleaned up. All and All, most excellent from the perspective of work completed for the price. I have added Brian to my listed of "Pro's" to call for future plumbing work.

I had reached out to 4 different plumbers. Brian responded the quickest. While he had a full schedule, Brian made the time to come out late that day. He called to let me know it would be even later due to traffic delays. Brian showed up when he said he would, made some recommendations, gave me the costs for both options so I knew what to expect, gave me a moment to discuss with my husband who was out of town and replaced the water heater that night. He was gracious, loves what he does, knowledgeable and very personable. It was a long day for him but you would have never known it. I highly recommend Brian and would call on him again.

This company sent out their tech right away; he installed the water softener quickly, explained how it worked and was off to another job. I was very pleased.
