Highly recommend Josh! He was able to schedule our inspection within the same week we reached out. His inspection was very thorough (took a bit over 2 hours) and answered a lot of questions throughout the whole process, which was great as we are first time home buyers.

The detail and quality of the work that Josh and his team provided made the whole process a lot easier on me. I am a first time home buyer and was able to not only feel like the inspection told me all the info I could ever need, but also was able to learn a lot about what I should be looking for when I am touring homes. What can I say, Josh was already on the roof of the home I thought I was going to purchase when I arrived, so I joined him. He immediately pointed out the issues there. Miss matched shingles, a piss poor patch job, etc. From that point, he found things that I did not see in my initial walk through. From 4 major finds that were not disclosed, to numerous nickel and dime items that were adding up quickly. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with what he had found because I really wanted to purchase the home. This man is very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. He was worth every penny of his fee. He saved me tens of thousands of dollars that I would have inherited had I bought this home. Reroofing, drainage issues that required retiling of the foundation, mold, masonry work, etc. In todays current housing market that is a lottery to purchase a home, hire this guy. He will probably save you a ton of aggravation and headaches. I did not buy the home because of him. I will hire him again for my next inspection.
