Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Keaton (OWNER) took my down payment- said I had to give him one to get on the books... but then left town and NEVER did the work! When I contacted him, he said he had some hard luck and would pay me back the $3400 he took - but he never has - and hes not replying to any messages. I checked the BBB & 3 references before Hiring him. A lot of fricking good THAT did me! Sooo.... just because you find a professional on THIS AP - doesnt mean SQUAT!!! It protects you from NOTHING! And the scum bags that this Home Improvement Ap recommend - are based on WHAT EXACTLY? Clearly, they still take your money and run! Don?t use this AP - just hope for a good referral from someone who has had something done and can give you a good referral.

Had Keaton's team out beginning on or about 8/15/18. Keaton was not on the job and his man/team just couldn't seem to get it right. The main issue was the customer service and care given by the installation team. Keaton's team was out quite a few times over a two month period. A job that should have taken a week just concluded on 11/5/18 when we had to hire another group to complete the work. Profuse communication and follow up was severely lacking at best. It seems that Profuse has dismissed our jobs foreman and hopefully they will move in an upward/positive direction. However, I cannot recommend the company to anyone in the future at this time.

Keaton, the owner of Profuse Builders, is very professional, friendly, and efficient. He always showed up on time, and he and his crew did a great job on my privacy fence. Before starting the job, he was very prompt at answering all of my questions.

I was overcharged. They did a horrific job and i have had to hire a new professional.

"Jill frantically called us on a time crunch, stating that a previous contractor couldn?t finish her floor. She insisted it had to be done in 3 days. We pulled off other jobs and came to jills assistance with in 24 hrs. Once the job started we were rushed Because the neighbor did not like the noise. Also could only work under hoa time frame. Jill was refunded $1000 and told profuse would install all new baseboard trim to please her at no cost. Jill was told before starting that the trim would not look good unless we bought new. She insisted to use the old to save money."
