Proglaze Refinishing

Ryan Clark and his wife came to resurface my claw foot bathtub on August 6th. After the tub had dried I seen a rather large bad spot. A spot that was uneven with the rest of the tub. Looks as though it was sanded and not painted. This are probably 10" X 3". So I called Mr. Clark immediately at noticing and he said it wouldn't be a problem. He would fix it. The first appointment I made with him at 4:00.I took an hour off work to meet him. He didn't show instead he called at 5:30 to say he was running late and would like to reschedule. I informed him that wasn't convenient for me as I had already used vacation time to meet with him and really wanted to get the job done as promised. He said he would call when he was done with the job he was working on. Long story short. He didn't make it and scheduled for the following day. I had my mother go to my house to meet with him. When I arrived home at 5:30 he still hadn't shown up and didn't call to say otherwise. This appointment was for 3:00. I ended up calling him around 7:30 to tell him I feel I should be reimbursed for my time the first go around and credit for the back of the tub in which he didn't resurface and paint. He agreed to leave or mail me a check for $100. We then scheduled a day in which he had no other jobs which was last Tuesday, September 1st. I had to take a whole day of vacation to see that this job was done. I was at my wits end at this time and didn't know how else to see that this was taken care of. Still no show at 10:30. I called his wife, Leslie, and she said they had an emergency and would be over shortly. They never showed and I never received a check. I left a message with them asking for them to reimburse me for the full amount since they didn't have the courtesy to call and I had just lost $244 for time from work. In my opinion, I would not have these people doing work or getting work rom Home Advisor. I feel as I have been taken advantage of and I wish I would have never hired this company. Not only have I lost Payment for $350 for their piss poor services but I have lost a total of $274.50 total from time lost from work and the back of the but wasn't touched. We won't mention the dust and mess that had to be cleaned up afterwards. Just wanted to add, I had to save to have this job done. It took me 3 1/2 months to save the $350. I don't think I'll use Home Advisor again. I've been burned and now stuck with an incomplete job.

I am a Realtor and I recommended service. I went on line to find business. I also had him come to my home and reglaze shower stall. I have a son in Va Beach who does remodeling and I would like to get some more information about the product used in this operation as it would be of benefit to his business. The refinishing was very professional and the results were great.

First rate work!!! Will be using them again!! Professional and cared about the quality of work like it was his own!! The quality work showed and price was amazing!!

Ryan and Leslie did a great job. They were prompt, did a quality job and were reasonably priced.
