From the original site survey and estimate to the install the Progressive Home team was professional and wonderful to work with. Andrew came and did the site survey to let us know what our best options for getting whole-home networking at speeds we want would be. We were experiencing dead spots and slow wi-fi. The solution they came up with works like a charm. We have almost 4000 sq ft home and now have blazing fast wifi and network speeds on all devices throughout the home. Brad and David did the install. They were professional and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions we had and were able to explain how to manage our system in terms we could understand. I feel the value we got for the money we spent is excellent. We now have no worries about whether everyone can be working/doing school at the same time which, to me, is priceless. If you've been thinking about upgrading or installing a home network, I would highly recommend calling Progressive Home to see what your options are. We couldn't be happier.

This was a very satisfying experience dealing with Progressive Home. From the very beginning, the conversation with the Marketing VP, totally delivered the professionalism, specialty knowledge over the phone. That established my confidence for this project. The crew members were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. You could tell that they were pros, with multi-year experience. They would consult with me and explain to me why they were doing certain tasks. The interaction was very pleasant, and the quality of work was all you expected. After completion of the installation, I have run into a couple of operational issues (software), they responded to my calls/emails within very reasonable time. They really know how to serve customers right. I would definitely recommend Progressive Home to anybody. These guys are pros.
