Complete Home Inspection
He refused to look in the attic. Most of all he totally missed the fact that the house was infested with termites. He should repay me for his lack of caring. Have spent thousands of dollars with Terminex to get rid of the infestation. INCOMPETENT!!!

After reviewing Progressive Inspections website and receiving a sample copy of an Home inspection report via e-mail from Progressive Inspections to my e-mail account, we hired their services for Nov 19th. The report was quickly sent out the next day the 20th of Nov 2019 via e-mail. This e-mail was not only addressed to myself whom paid $775.00 for this service, an employee from Progressive Inspection cced the sellers Realtor in the very same e-mail. A service I paid for was provided to the sellers real estate agencies agent at Company located nearby in Albany, Ohio. Progressive Inspections Mitigations acknowledged this error in text and e-mail but will not refund the $775 even though Progressive Inspections website on FAQ has remarks in why a buyer should seek a home inspection conflicts with this stance of no refund. If you hire Progressive Inspections & Mitigation services as a buyer, you run the risk of the sellers agent getting this information at your expense. Both Progressive Inspections and Real Estate Company conducted themselves poorly at our expense.

"In this instance we were provided with the realtor's information and were told agent was presenting the buyer. Realtor even called to coordinate this inspection herself. We always inform the agent of the inspection when they are representing the buyer. We were told not to share after report was already sent. We are sorry you had a bad experience."
