Overall they did a very good job. I wish I had done more work on my own reviewing the insulation they used. Also it would have been reasuring if the sales associate had come out at the end of the job to review the work.

Very prompt and courteous service. They crawled in my attic which can barely fit a small child. I'm extremely impressed at how quickly they completed the work under those conditions.

Needed to return three times to complete stucco patch work because they never preloaded enough supplies. The widow installation crew wasn't experienced and needed constant supervision by the leadman. The result was acceptable but not of professional quality

Installers were fast, clean and courteous. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the issues most homeowners will face. I had some specific questions about some (admittedly) esoteric insulation and window options that the rep was unable to fully answer but I think if I pressed the matter, they'd do the research. But in regards to doing the stuff they do (i.e. installing insulation) they did a great job quickly and reasonably priced.
