Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
I've used Progressive for several plumbing projects now, from water main replacement to outdoor drainage. They always have very comptetitve prices, and they do a great job. I've been the most satisfied with PPP compared to any other plumber I've ever used.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Response to service request was excellent Service Charge was very competative Replacement part cost was overpriced and I had to inform them that I knew that. They finally offered a lower price after consultation with their manager.

Gas Piping
Let me first start by saying that EVERYONE we spoke with from the people answering the phone to our actual technician, Dwayne, were completely professional and pleasant to work with. Dwayne was unable to fix our gas logs even after replacing a part he had to drive across town to get. He put in a call to a supervisor to get us a quote for replacing the entire log system (which could save us money versus trying to continue to fix the defective ones). He also said it could take a while for his supervisor to return the call so he would leave and call us back with the quote. We are STILL waiting on that call (2 weeks later).
