Steve, from Progressive plumbing came by the same day I called for his services. He was on time, explained the issue and even saved me money. A previous plumber had misdiagnosed the reason for a leak and would have had me do a variety of costly and useless repairs. Excellent service! Progressive will be my go to plumber from now on.

I really can?t write anything negative about the quality of work. It was above average. But the price of the work was astronomical! I?m new to Home Advisor and booked through a computer browser. I downloaded the app after the fact/work and noticed that I paid WAY over the average price for my area. I new the price was pretty high when they told me that it would cost $350 to clear a clogged drain (set price, even if it took them only 10 minutes), but they were already in my apartment and after trying to clear the clog myself for 2 days with an auger, my wife and I just wanted the issue dealt with! I felt like they really took advantage of the fact that they knew there was a high probability that we wouldn?t say no, since they were already there and that we were in a position of need. That will not happen again! Don?t let this happen to you. Get a price before they show up or be willing to send them on their way. There are plenty of other specialists out there that will do the job for less.

Overall good experience.

Everything so far was good except the price. I was in a dire situation to get a leaking pipe fixed, so I paid a lot of money for the amount of work done. It also included a faucet installation and a drain snaked, but I still feel it was expensive, but perhaps I do not know the going rate of changing a pipe. I was not back at the property yet to see how it’s holding up. It looked fine at the time.

Steve was not only on time - I mean, really on the dot - but kind, helpful, knowledgable, and fixed our incredibly annoying shower cartridge. I would absolutely recommend him. The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone to arrange the appointment was equally helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, no hidden costs. Zero complaints all around.

Progressive Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They were able to fit me in at the end of a busy day in order to provide same day service. The technician they sent was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and arrived within the time window I was promised. My only caveat is that I found them very pricey - $175 for a clogged toilet (7 day warranty) and $225 for a clogged sink (90 day warranty). Gulp. Everything is, however, in excellent working condition now.
