Called TX Septic Pros on Sunday , the 5th of July. Caught Joe and his better half Tiena (I think) on vacation down on the coast. Tiena helped guide me through the steps of video conference so I could show Joe what was happening. He PATIENTLY walked me through a step by step inspection, determined the cause of the alarm, recommended a fix (which worked), all over the phone! Are you kidding me? A company that actually has service? WOW. Y'all call these people if you need Septic service. These people are top notch.

Septic issues can leave you feeling scared and worried, but thankfully I found Joe and TX Septic Pros! He didn't just come out and do a basic fix; he took the time to truly discover the problem, and worked to find a creative solution. They went above and beyond ensuring everything was running perfectly, but also leaving the entire area in better shape than it was before. Honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and highly professional. Thank you. The business even called a month later to check if all was going well.

TX Septic Pros are experts at what they do AND they go above and beyond with exceptional customer service and all the extras! Joe and Tiena and their team of installers understand how to navigate the most challenging situations, including dealing with county requirements, permits, inspections and more, and they work in some incredibly tough terrain (think steep cliffs, hills, rocks, heavy trees, boulders, etc.) to ensure the septic system is installed with precision and meets and even exceeds code. Joe helped our family out with our new build challenges and graded our land, created a much-needed additional parking spot for our vehicles and RV, and spread base and rock for our driveways, and really improved the overall asthetics and usefullness of our property. They left everything better than they found it and that attention to detail matters when you're looking to hire a contractor. TX Septic Pros are truly professionals, Joe and Tiena are amazing and I highly recommend them!

Man this dude argued about taking my money. Walked me through checking my aerobic pump/septic system. It worked, he educated me on the system. Saved me money as I really didn’t need a tech out. This is what a service company should be about. Thanks Joe! I will recommend and use him again.
