I had three different water issues in an older mobile home. John took the time to explain the problems and options. He answered every question in a way that made sense to me. This job was a pleasant experience because I am confident in John's diagnosis of each problem and in his workmanship.

Johnathan Burke of Progressive was so helpful, kind, patient and extremely knowledgable. I called home depot to have a new water heater installed and they were able to send Johnathan out the same day! Progressive is very fortunate to have Johnathan on their team!

Very good customer service

The incoming water main pipe in the house broke on a Saturday afternoon, resultitng in significant damage to the walls and flooring. The plumber from Progressive got the water running. Jimmie and his team were called to come and do the mitigation work. They came around 9 PM and stayed until 3 AM. They were very professional. Did the job well. Did not mess up anything,, even though the job was quite messy. They came back the next couple of days to check the work. Jimmie worked with our insurance and provided them with all the needed informaion. Everyone wore masks due to Coronavirus. Jimmie was very polite and explained everything.

The scheduler at Progressive called me within ten minutes of my call to the home improvement retailer. Jonathan Burke arrived within three hours. He called me first and stated he would be here in twenty minutes, and he was. Jonathan was very knowledgeable. I told him the way I would install it, and he explained why he would do it different. At that point I left it all to him. My house was not to code, and he told me what was needed to be up to code. He offered to install out of code but I would need to sign away my warranty giving me the option of saving money. Of course, I told him to bring it to code, and he quoted me the price. He helped me order the parts I needed. One part was not available, and he gave me options there. His company was out of the mounting blocks, so he went to a stone company a bought one, so he could install it same day. He ran around getting the parts needed and worked until 8:30 pm installing it, so I would have hot water that night. He took pictures of the installation, so I would not have to crawl down into the muddy crawlspace. His installation was great. I worked HVAC in my younger days, and I was impressed with the quality of his workmanship. He hauled away all the trash and the old unit. He kept my porch and dining area he was in very clean wearing booties or taking off his shoes every time he had to come to the door or in the house. The price I paid was what he quoted and very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on him again for all my HVAC needs. I know they do other stuff, but I am not certain what else they do. Do yourself a favour and call Progressive. And if you are in Western NC ask for Jonathan, you will not be disappointed!

Marcus and his helper were very polite and respectful of my need for social distancing as my immune system is shot. They were very quick and tidy while installing my new dishwasher. 1 hour, arrival to departure.

Bathtub - shower quit draining.Nightmare rebuild job! Old house. Old galvanized plumbing, steel drain trap. The worst. First two companies I called pretty much took one look and walked away. I explained to Britney when I called that it was a tough job, she told me sheâ d send two of their best. She did. Jason and John did a remarkable job from top to bottom. Everything turned out perfect and the wife is happy. Mission accomplished

Jason was prompt and courteous. After completing a plumbing inspection he sat down with me and took the time to go over any potential issues I might have and made suggestions and recommendations.

James faircloth with team members, martin and Logan located and dug up damaged PVC PIPE caused by large tree roots and replaced with a new section. On time, knowledgeable, efficient and did a great job with cleanup and root removal.Would recommend!! Price and procedures were clearly explained...

Cody and Joey are an asset to Progressive Service Company. Well mannered and a pleasure to do business with. All materials were cleaned up and hauled away; no fixtures or boxes left behind. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Jimmy was great, very professional and thorough. He was on time and provided excellent service explaining what he did and why as he went along. Unfortunately, because of apparent staffing issues, he was unable to keep several appointments. He did call, explain and apologize each time he was rescheduled to a job due to an emergency at another location.

Noah M installed my microwave. Noah exemplified GREAT customer service: Showed up on time, efficient, attention to detail, did an excellent job of installation, cleaned up meticulously, then went the extra mile and taught me how to use my microwave!!! Progressive Service Company should make Noah "Employee of the Year"!!!

Kevin was easy to talk to and provided a number of usage tips.

Replace electric hot water heater. Communicated effectively when placing repair order. Called then arrived promptly when expected. Review installation issues, and provided estimate. Picked up replacement hot water heaters (2), removed and disposed of old ones, then replace with new ones. Installed and reviewed features with me. Key installation issue was to use bronze fittings to make all connections, eliminating risk of corrosion (sacrificial metal). Overall outstanding work.

Kevin and crew installed new dishwasher and took the old one away. Super job. Arrived on time, worked quickly, answered any questions I had and left things ship-shape. Good experience

Noah M. was timely and professional. He called well ahead of time to provide a clear window of arrival. He was determined to do things correctly, dealt with a challenging installation. He was actually coaching a younger guy whose name I did not remember. He was professional and gave great coaching. The project turned out well! The company was also awesome and persistent in follow up to make sure I got my install done ASAP.
