I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional job performed by Progressive Tree Care today! Yesterday, Roman from the company provided a complimentary estimate that was not only reasonable but also fair, and his crew arrived promptly this morning. The team exhibited remarkable professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and honesty. Their expertise shone through as they skillfully trimmed and skinned my palm trees, ficus trees, and efficiently removed other trees. They cleaned up the site thoroughly at the end. Having worked with numerous tree contractors over the years, I can confidently assert that Progressive Tree Care stands out as the best. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will undoubtedly hire them again next year!

I am very happy with the job they did today! Roman from the company came yesterday and gave me a free estimate, and his crew came this morning on time. I have used many firms over the years, and I have to say Progressive Tree Care is the best. They are very professional, friendly, and honest, and they are super good at what did: Trimming and skinning my palm trees, and trimming other trees. I highly recommend the company and come back hiring them next year!

The supervisor Ramon never did what he said he would do. Never showed up when he said he would, never called when he said he would, did not even invoice when he said he would. The crew was pretty good, but he was the English speaker and left them floundering without communicating fully what we needed. Overall, quite stressful and absolutely disappointing.

They came on time, and did the work. They were clean, and I was overall happy with their work. Only complaint is I've requested an invoice a couple of times and have yet to get it.
