Absolutely wonderful work and very informative and professional! Have had Project Blueprint do many jobs for our whole family and we couldnt have asked for better!

As long as you are having them do a project I would rate them a 4 star plus. They did have one bathroom wall out of place but we worked it out, Follow up is where they have failed. I called to have two vanities installed, we agreed on a price and timing but they never came. I had a bad caulk seem in the shower and a minor leak so I called and was told that he would get back with me over a week ago. My handyman charged me $70.00 for the call and the work. I will not be calling Project Blueprint llc. again.

Project Blueprint is such a great company! They worked with me and kept me updated on the work that was going to be done and when. Made sure they completed my project in a timely fashion. The crew was friendly and helpful going above and beyond what I was asking for. Very knowledgeable about the work and considered things I hadn’t even thought about. Really was able to turn my vision into a reality. I would highly recommend working with them. Answered all my questions and concerns.

Keanu and his team are excellent to work with. They communicated very well with us. They did exactly what we wanted and more. He worked very hard to bring out our ideas to life. He transformed our garage to a master with walkin closet. His work is definitely A+. If you are not satisfied with something he works hard to get it right. Will definitely use him again for future projects.

If I could leave 0 stars I would he builds homes and portrays to be Christian. However I bought this home while living in Iowa. After moving in we found that the dishwasher has no electrical running to it. The refrigerator has all the water hookups on the wall for the fridge to have ice and running water however behind the wall there is no plumbing so he falsely advertised there being water to the refrigerator. The master bathroom!! O the master bathroom has no hot water due to the knob for the bath being installed upside down the door to the bathroom is warped and peeling apart due to them leaving it in the rain. He verbally admitted this to me but states he won’t fix it due to it being a “cosmetic” issue. Also no vent cover on the vent in the ceiling. All throughout the house flooring is coming up on day one. The Garbage disposal has no electrical running to it. Cabinets have screws coming thru the side of the cabinets. The driveway is so steep most vehicles cannot make it in. Already had multiple companies come to do some work and they can’t get there truck and trailer up the poorly graded driveway. Keanu has had a lackadaisical effort in doing anything and then responds with LOLs like his remedial work ethic is comical. I will be reporting to the BBB and hiring an attorney. Please in Gods name find a better builder.

We loved working with Project Blueprint on our fence! They made sure to keep us in the loop and responded quickly to all the questions that we had! We have even decided to hire them for another project! We highly recommend using them!!

They communicate with you, and let you know just what will happen every step of the way. The communication continues until the job is completed. I am very lucky to have found them
