I was told they would start on a specific date. they did not start that day, I didn't receive any calls to tell about any changes. this is after they were paid for the service. here it is 5 days later, after I have called and texted and still no return call. I live 600 miles plus away from my house they are working on. thus the distance is a problem , but the trust in this company is gone. because of the lack of communication, lack of starting as told , I am forced to give a 0 for ratings on your system, but your system doesn't go that low, I guess out of pitty for the contractor. as for your sight thanks , I could of gotten this type of service by picking a random name out of the phone book. home advisor should check out your system better. thanks for my loss of my money at this point.
