Chris is a good salesman and that is all! He came to my home and bid a job to build stairs and talked about his crew that would be there to build it etc. his (crew) showed up which was not a crew at all, Chris subcontracted the job to another guy. Chris was suppose to supply all the materials for the guy to build the stairs but in fact did not. First off he (Chris) bought the cheapest lumber he could find, the four post for the landing on my stairs all had cracks running from top to bottom. He bought post that were to short so that when it was time to build the railing for the landing the post had to have extension built off of them to make them tall enough, which just makes the stairs look that much worse and flimsy. This is just a few of the problems, there are to many to mention. The guy that was building the stairs had to get more money from me just to buy material to complete the job because Chris wouldn't bring material to the job site, I would call Chris as well as the builder and neither of us ever got a return phone call after leaving a message, the only time I heard from Chris was by Text message and when he wanted more money! I ended up paying out the guy Chris subcontracted the job to but even then I paid to much. The rails need to be rebuilt to make them safe and secure. The steps are suppose to be four foot wide and they are on the bottom but on the top i have four foot steps with rails on the inside of the steps making it a 3 foot wide walking space. So after hiring this company I still have to go and rebuild the rails to make them right. Long story short stay away from this company, RUN from this company!

I had a simple job to replace rotting wood on 2 windows, and repair inside drywall and base board where water had entered through one of the windows. The external window repairs were fine, but the internal drywall and base board joints were not completed correctly and look bad. I also had them stain my picket fence, and explained my desire for them to be very careful not to over spray my side walk. They not only over sprayed my sidewalk, but also the neighbors driveway. They told me they would pressure wash the areas but never did. Will not hire again.

These people were hired to install and refinish my wood floors. After 8 weeks of many tries to stain and polyeurthane they left me with a terrible blotchy stain job and very very uneven polyeurthane coat (shiny in some places-dull in another) which is now starting to chip to the bare floors in spots. They showed up most days around 11 or 12. Left for hours on end. A five day process turned into an 8 week nightmare. They will not return phone calls and left before completing my contract they had with us-and YES THAT WAS WITH TAKING MORE MONEY than should have been paid for the uncompleted job.
