Fine, but charged $3800 for 4 hours work! When I agreed, I didn t understate minimal scope of the work! Unprofessional highway robbery, in my opinion. I want $1900 returned to me.

I hired Proline Rooter LLC to install a 2-way clean out with necessary piping and fittings and to descale the existing cast iron sewer line. LeVon, the owner, is prompt, very professional and very nice to work with, and did an excellent job. He explains everything in detail and it was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend his business.

It has been a good experience, the manager called me back and heard my opinion and was very kind to remove my concern. I recommend to everyone to use this company, you will have a peace of mind. Good job

I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received from ProLine Rooters. The value of experience cannot be overstated. Levon explained everything in detail and I felt confident in placing my repairs in his hands. Part of the job required cutting an opening in the sheetrock, which I expected to have to fix myself. To my happy surprise he closed it like an experienced sheet rocker. Everything looks great & more importantly, works great. They spent several hours at my home on a weekend and I am so grateful. George was a little later than our assigned appointment time but he was able to quickly assess the problem (a leaky toilet that I tried to repair several times on my own), give me a couple of clear options, and inform me without upselling hard. The problems seems to be resolved at a reasonable price

George was very profesional. On time and replaced my shower valve pretty fast.

Quick replies and fixed the issue

Called on Wednesday before Thanksgiving because I had a toilet that was malfunctioning. Wanted them to come early on Friday. Levon and an apprentice came on time assessed the situation, picked up the part they needed and fixed the toilet. They also checked the water pressure coming into the house and before they left, they made sure that no water was flowing through the system. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and quality of work. I definitely would recommend them!!

Fast safe confident

Replacing kitchen undermount sink from current double to single bowl: It was a little pricy comparing others but worthwhile. The whole job went pretty smoothly. They were very courteous to wear disposable shoe covers to come in the house. It was not too much dust not too difficult to clean. It looked like the beneath of the sink was nice & back to original shape except one drain instead of 2. I will recommend this company.

I was in need of a repair on an older hot water heater. Ended up making more sense to replace. Expert Plumbing Pro was able to come out Saturday morning and replace and bring everything to code within a few hours. Fast service and fair price. When they were leaving I brought up am issue I had with a hose bib. Thye quoted it and repaired it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend and will use for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Had a problem with tankless water heater. Contacted Expert Plumbing - they promptly responded & arrived within the hour. Andrei inspected W/H and all faucets. Explained problem in detail and quoted a price for repairs. Next day 3 workers arrived and completed extensive repairs within 2 days. I had no down time during repairs. The entire team was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Did not get the right quote for the product I wanted. Too expansive !
