Jordan from ProLink was willing to accommodate my desire for wired cameras (instead of wifi). I really appreciate that. He also has helped smooth my move from my last security company. The tech Morgan was very competent and has a dog that looks like mine (so he must be good) :)

I switched to Prolink over 5 years ago from another provider. I should have written a review right away, but actually waiting until now allows me to share what a pleasure it's been to be a customer of theirs over that time. Their customer service is excellent. Each person I speak with there is courteous and helpful. Anytime I upgrade a product or service they are thorough in explaining all the features, and more importantly, they are very expeditious in getting everything installed. Their monitoring service is fantastic, and the overall experience to date has been A+.

They were fast and efficient. Installed system same day immediately following first appointment. Gary Miller was great. Was very patient. He set everything up so I did not have to worry and got the installer here within a short time.
