They were very professional did an outstanding job. Would recommend this company. The wood flooring and repairs came out great.

We had some issues with quality. The guys had to put an additional coat of poly on the floor, because there was trash showing when it dried. We asked for high gloss finish, but they used matte finish. Also, the floor wasn't prepped properly, so the final coat did not adhere properly to the floor. Any light scratch on the floor will pop up the poly. I've tried to get the issue resolved, but owner hasn't responded to my latest texts.

Pro master's team did what other floor specialists said couldn't be done. I was almost to the point of replacing my entire wood floor. Promaster repaired it and it looks good. Saved a lot of money. Ray

Did a beautiful job on our old 40's original floor, including minor repair on spot covered by carpeting. Everyone has positive remarks on the outcome of the hand scraped oak. Juan and his crew did great work!

This was a replacement work for 400sqft damaged by water. Juan did a great job and matched the color of remaining floor. Good quality work and met my budget.

I give Juan Coria, the owner, and his crew my highest rating. The original wood floors in my nearly 70 year old house look brand new. They are stunning! The craftsmanship of their work is impeccable. They repaired several spots where wood was badly stained by liquid and it is impossible to identify where the repairs were made. The floors are pristine. The crew was punctual, conscientious and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Promaster Floors exceeded my expectations!

I submitted a request for a quote one evening, and this contractor was the fastest to respond. I needed a rush job, so he came out and inspected our damaged floor the same day. His team was available to work on it in just a few days. It took a bit of texting back and forth to nail down a time, and they started a bit late, but still got the work done fast. All in all, they did a great job for an excellent price. I would definitely use them again, and most likely will!
