Came from far and fixed the problem in few min, replaced the part and provided 1YR labor and parts warranty.

The project was small. I only needed to replace freon and it is evident that I have a small leak. The technician was courteous and honest about what he was doing and his recommendations for how to solve the issue long term. I will definnitely recommend Promise to anyone in need of service.

Everyone that I dealt with at Promise was extremely pleasant and profession. They gave me a quote over the phone and that never changed, which was a very pleasant surprise. First let me say that, Billy, Promise's employee, came to the house on time and offered professionalism from the time he introduced himself to the time he left. As a first-time home buyer, it has been quite overwhelming dealing with maintenance issues. I am so grateful to have worked with Promise Air Conditioning and Heating Service who have walked me through every step of our HVAC upkeep. From their call center to their contractor, Billy, I couldn't have asked for a nicer more professional company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

The service technician, Billy, was very friendly and professional. Promise Air was the only company I called who agreed to send a technician the same day I called because I did not call until after 4:30. Billy went out of his way to work with the manager to give us the best rate to fix the air conditioner. Very happy with the company and will definitely use them again.

He came out quickly to service 2 of our rental units. Billy was friendly, courteous, and professional. When he came back to finish up something due to an out of stock part, he took the time to take a look at another issue we were having and was able to fix that on the spot in about 10 minutes. They really did a good job for us and we will use them again in the future. Thanks!!

Great efficient work

Mr. Billy Carr came straight out to my home on a Saturday evening to fix a leaking A/C unit in the attic. He was prompt, professional, and thorough, answering questions and covering all bases to make sure my problem was fixed. His rate was definitely reasonable, especially considering that it was a weekend evening. I will be calling Promise for my next HVAC needs.

Mr Carr was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. He was helpful and let us know some of the things that we could do to prevent future problems with our ac unit. Thank you very much Mr. Carr! I received 2 other calls in responce to messages that I had left over the weekend for the repair on Monday and I was happy to tell them that ther was already a repair person at the house as we spoke.
