Prompt Tile Plus Home Repair Specialist

My wife and I received a business card from a long time family friend that had these guys build an exceptionally nice custom deck by their pool for them, with some exterior tile work installed on the bar. We were discussing some home renovations, and when we started talking about us needing new tile floors in our kitchen and bathrooms, our friends remembered these guys specialized in tile and flooring. As the name states, they were prompt in scheduling an estimate, and worked with us to save quite a bit of money. They did a phenomenal installation, and was wonderful to have in our home. The floors are so beautiful and very well constructed. They did an amazing job, and we will be recommending them to any of our family and friends that need tile, flooring, decks, and any other projects that they may do. They are real true down to earth professionals, and the money that we were able to save on the floors as I mentioned, it helped out, greatly paying for almost half of the material and labor for our 2 replacement windows and new trim that we wanted to also get done on the front of our house, that otherwise would not have been possible had it not been for prompt tile. I hired him to complete a linoleum flooring install before we closed on our house. I cannot even begin to explain how much I regret hiring him to do this. He came out for the estimate and was incredibly nice and sent the contract over to me on November 22nd and we scheduled on November 24th. Our scheduled start date was further out since we would be in the process of moving out. I left the signed contract and deposit on the counter as instructed on the Tuesday that the project was supposed to start on. The old flooring was torn out on Tuesday and I received a text on Wednesday morning that the project would be completed. That's when the excuses started. Then, Thursday came and I continued to get the texts that the project would be finished in a couple of hours. This went on through the night and then onto Friday morning. As told to him before he started, we had to be finished on Friday due to closing. Starting at 6:00am on Friday, I was told every hour that it would be one more hour. Finally, I told him to be out of my house by 11:00am. They finished and left with huge bubbles in the flooring from one side of the room to the other which was noticed when we met with the new owners. This is when the real fun started. He refused to answer my phone calls, texts, and emails. Once the new owner finally got an email response, he blamed everything on me and my husband. However, I was able to send all of his texts to the new owner that proved all of his statements to be lies. We ended up having to hire another flooring specialist to come in and redo the entire flooring.
