No-call no show day of the appointment. No checkup from the project manager. Had to keep calling to try to schedule something later. Was kindly **offered** my deposit back (which was going to be charged back anyways). At 6 pm (10 hours later) the handyman arrived and did the work. I had to provide the ladder and help substantially. Multiple things were dropped on my floor, and the whole job was kind of rushed. The technician Randy did a good job of installing the fan, but he was not prepared for the job and I had to get multiple tools, brace the ladder, and provide manual help. We worked for 3 hours. For how much I was charged by the company I expected a much more professional approach. As it was I got handyman service at a premium. Randy, the tech was very very good though.

Hired them to do some Sheetrock repair and hang a new light fixture. They came out the next day to do an estimate, and started the work the next morning. The repairman was polite, punctual and did excellent work for a fair price. I will use them again!

I had ben told by previous companies that fixing my cupboards was impossible and I should buy all new doors. James S. from Pronto and Hugo looked at the problem and took care of it quickly and perfectly. I was so impressed that I immediately hired them to take on another project for me .They were incredibility competent and took time to find the best source for materials. They seemed to take a personal interest in meeting the challenge .I was very impressed..

I received a call from them right away. Then one gentleman came out to give me a quote. The actual handyman came the next day on time and worked efficiently. He completed all of the small tasks I asked him to do. Would use them again.

I had grab bars installed in my shower. Zack came by 2 days later, told me what parts to order and gave me an estimate. The parts arrived 2 days later and Zack was back in 2 days for the installation. Excellent job and thorough cleanup.

Front door repair was assessed within a day or so and then scheduled within a few days as well. The work was completed as expected and will certainly use Pronto again for other repairs around the house.

Whom ever they get the products from is the cheapest out there. The Guys they sent over were Nice but one guys was set in his ways about how to do things and would not listen to the younger and more Up to date newer guy. The door they installed leaks (Still 7 months later), is not square so does not shut right and is just wrongly installed and poor product. We'll have to get another new on installed not even a year later. Waste of money
