Pronto Home Repairs

I had several problems with my cement board siding installation. Communication was bad overall. The paint they did after the siding was up was awful. There are drip marks and unpainted areas. But the deck they built with other guys was fabulous. I guess it depends on the crew you get. I will not use them again because of the difference in quality between the crews.

I contracted this company a month ago to repair steps to the deck and put up a new lattice under the deck. We had a few problems with scheduling, but it turned out it was mostly due to a problem with a project manager that had quit unexpectedly. Once the problem was addressed the work was exceptional and was promptly finished. Courthouse and knowledgeable.

I hired this company to install a coaxial cable a month ago. I paid a deposit and so far nothing has happened. I cannot reach this person as they will not respond to my numerous calls. At this point, I just want my deposit back so I can find someone else to do the job.

I had ben told by previous companies that fixing my cupboards was impossible and I should buy all new doors. James S. from Pronto and Hugo looked at the problem and took care of it quickly and perfectly. I was so impressed that I immediately hired them to take on another project for me .They were incredibility competent and took time to find the best source for materials. They seemed to take a personal interest in meeting the challenge .I was very impressed..

Jamie was very prompt and gave a fair estimate as well as scheduled Hugo to visit and fix the repairs immediately.

We had used Pronto to fix our fence in the past and as always they did a great job so even though the price was higher than any other estimate we received I believe go get what you pay for. They were great as usual

I am extremely pleased. This is now my go to home repair service. From beginning to end, my projects were handled in an efficient and professional manner. Communication was great through out. Taylor (the coordinator) and Tony (person who did the work) were wonderful. I have already booked them for additional projects.

They refused to do the work because it was on my roof after quoting and scheduling the work.

Both workers seemed to have skills but one was more diligent in completing the job.
