Absolute cluster fuck including straight up fraud. The work eventually got finished after about five months and it was mediocre at best.

Drywall - Repair
They left the job after demolition and never returned to replace drywall. Stopped responding to my texts for more information or to reschedule. Could not get anyone to answer when I called several times.

I hired this company for a fence repair. They required an eight hundred and twenty six dollar deposit. I paid the deposit and they scheduled three times and never showed. I have not seen one repair man or anything. They took my money and ran. Do not use them! They ignore my pleas for a refund.

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
I hired them to replace four windows and install an handrail. I called and they came out the next day to inspect the work, get measurements and collect a $250 deposit check. Three weeks later, that tech came out and had to measure everything and left, never came back. I had an appointment for the work completing on June 1st and June 2nd the tech came out for 30 minutes to measure and left on the second day, he was a no show. After having to call and follow up with the sale rep, he rescheduled me for 6/12 to meet between 12pm- 3pm. Again they blew off the appointment. They once again did not have the courtesy to call or message me. Lastly, they want to send out another guy for next Monday morning but not to install the handrail but to get measurements for the 3rd time. They have already conceded to not being able to replace my windows. I am demanding my deposit back and once again, they are not responsive. It looks like I will be calling my credit card company to dispute. I can tell you, I will never recommend Pronto for anything going forward and advise you to stay away too.

The person Pronto sent, Oliver D, was professional and very pleasant. He made no mess that he didn't clean up and remained on site until the job was perfectly finished. Pronto responded quickly on an estimate and even more quickly to schedule the work. Oliver kept me informed of what was needed every step of the way. I highly recommend Pronto.

Pronto was rimely and efficient and clearly explained all expected costs. after picking them on home advisor, they quuckly called and set up a time to assess my project. the next day they showed up and fixed everything in 3.5 hours. i would highly recommend them.
