Pronto Home Repairs will be the company I recommend heartily to anyone who needs ANY type of home repairs done. The crew assigned to my multiple project job worked well together and with me. The foreman/supervisor checked on the progress often and made sure each step of the project was finished properly. I felt confident every step of the way and fully intend to utilize this company again as there are additional projects requiring attention on this older home. Many thanks for a job well done!

Please forward to owner of the company. I needed a contractor fast for several reasons and I knew they were all going to be expensive and just there to do what they had to and run with the money. So not knowing who to go to I went to a site put my info in and advanced to receiving calls or text messages. I hate giving my phone number out. Anyway I had asked one to come out and see the jobs my home needed. The gentleman that came out was Paul Barry. He listened and was truly honest about everything. He even explained everything to me. When he talked he used his hands to communicate like speakers do. He looked at you which told me I could trust him and the company. And trust does not come easily for me. So he was the man. Knowing and understanding my issues Paul then proceeded to find a team member who would fit me and my problems ..He took complete control over everything and I do mean anything that had to be addressed so I would not have to worry. And boy can he pick them. When I met Chris and we spoke I was instantly in love. If I had been 40 years younger the woman in his life would really have to fight for him. There are not enough people like him in this world. He was the same as Paul. Like he was molded from him. Chris went above and beyond with work, understanding, compassion and communication. I can't say enough about this young man. And Paul wow I would hàve been in heaven years ago before my illness. Everyone should have an employee or owner like him and a man in general. I am so happy with everyone. There was definitely an angel on my shoulder when I came together with this company. I don't know who the owner is but he should be very proud of this team and pat himself on the back. And whoever hired them equally proud. My only hope is the entire company is like this and if not they should have Paul and Chris as mentors. I could go on and on with the entire story but you have an idea of what I have said. Thank you Paul and Chris for the help and human kindness that once existed many moons ago. We should have more companies like this in all respects. Gratefully Ilene

They gave me an estimate for the work and when the time came to pay it was 1 1/2 times the estimate. I know it was an estimate but it was for the job but when they charged me they figured it by the hours. Have not addressed any of my concerns and the job is not complete. Having to keep complaining to get it finished.

The work was done in a professional manner with modifications handled as needed. I only wish that other proposed changes had been followed up on but the explanation seemed reasonable at the time. The price/hour was a bit steep ($140.00) but since what needed done was unusual it was acceptable. A follow-up phone call may resolve the other issues but, at this time, remains to be seen.

They tried to take me. They overestimate the labor cost for 2 people for 6-8 hours. They only sent one person, I had to help them and it only toke 1.5 hours to complete. They stated the estimate was the final the price and would not change it.

Jose came out to do the work for us and did an exceptional job. I received up-to-date calls from Pronto making sure everything was as it should be and asked about our experience. I would definitely recommend Pronto to friends and family.

Placed door at first upside down corrected. Then drilled the door handle wrong now have a drill hole under handle. Did fix floor where it was dry rotted.
