I had an outdoor surveillance camera system installed at my home. Proper AVS patiently answered several questions that I had about the system before I was ready to move forward. The installation team was fantastic - they were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and they did an outstanding job. Very professional installation - I couldn't be more pleased! They spent quite a bit of time with me explaining how to use the system, and continue to happily answer questions in a timely manner when I have them. They had to come back to make a small adjustment, and that experience was more of the same. They scheduled it quickly and had it taken care of within two days. I would definitely recommend them.

Repair was timely and efficient. They looked for the least expensive solutions, and worked around our schedules. Judy at the office was responsive and excellent. She even answered my call at 7:30 one evening as she was awaiting the return of an agent, an d scheduled a service man the next morning for me.
