Jonathan what was very professional? He went above and beyond what I believe. A normal professional would do. I had an emergency situation, and he replied very promptly. Also over the phone, he discussed his background, and how he went about his business. He arrived when he said he would. He did the job thorough and I had the utmost confidence in the work being performed. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend proper electric for any of your electrical needs

I can’t say enough good things about Jon at Proper Electric. I reached out to Jon for help with a failing solar-powered cantilever gate in Detroit, and from the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable with his pricing. What impressed me most was how far above and beyond he went. Jon didn’t just address the electrical issues I originally called him for, he took the time to help troubleshoot and correct additional problems that were genuinely outside the scope of why he was there. He could have easily completed his portion of the work and moved on, but instead, he made sure the entire system was working beautifully and exactly as it should before he left. As someone who works directly with customers myself, that meant a lot. His effort improved my own customer’s experience tenfold and made me look better in the process. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, fair pricing, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help the way Jon does. Jon is one of those people you hope for when getting any kind of work done: prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Making an appointment was very easy as well and Jon was on time. He even came out on the weekend to finish after being interrupted by an enormous thunderstorm. We needed our homes electric revamped after a we bought it. Jon came out and in a few hours had installed new ground wires, replace all the switches and outlets, rewired the pannel, installed new wire to the kitchen, installed 8 new light fixtures and made several suggestions for upgrading areas that needed more power for new apliances. He even diagnosed a damaged electrical service wire in my meter box. Highly recommended, and we'll be having him out to do all of our electrical work in the future, as well as install a back up generator and car charging station. Thanks Jon!
