We had Proper Homes out to evaluate our furnace. Adam was incredibly responsive and thorough. He took the time to communicate his process and diagnosis in a clear and professional manner, answering all questions we had with patience and clear expertise. In addition to all of this, his pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially given the time he spent. It’s hard to find people you can trust these days—especially people who won’t oversell and under-deliver. However, Adam was so honest, reasonable, and incredibly helpful. Adam showed up early and worked nonstop until the job was finished with only a few breaks to run to get parts. He did not go over budget whatsoever and was a pleasure to work with! We’ll have him back for all our servicing and repairs in the future!
