Robert L. from Proper Roofing came & gave us a free estimate. He was very thorough and detailed with his explanation. We have had other companies look at our roof but none provided this much detail and accuracy of what to expect. We are very impressed with Proper Roofing and their team in how well they communicated and involved us in each step of the way. They also started the project sooner than predicted, which is always a plus! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The people at Proper Roofing were all very easy to work with and were there to answer any questions I had. The installation and cleanup went as stated. The work (roof, radiant barrier, and Gutters) all went as planned. I am happy with the results and would use them again. Gave 4 stars for value only because I really had nothing to compare them with.

I have been a carpenter since 1979, and as a tradesman, I have a strong appreciation for those who have masterd their craft. From the field to the office these guys are professional and customer orientated in every way. Leo kept me informed on the progress, and the crew took the time to make sure everything was complete and corect. These guys know what they are doing, I had confidance in them working on my house, and I recommend them for anyone that wants the job done right.

They are a little pricey, but provide excellent , reliable service. Very friendly and professional.

Logan explained everything about the installation. The crew showed on time and finished earlier than expected. Jason the project manager came back to go over everything and make sure I was happy and that the job was done correctly. They did an awesome job. I will use them again and refer them to family and friends.

I was quoted one price then a couple of days before the install they upped the price $2,000. Once they finished the roof on my house I was told my shed and deck roof was not included. Once I convinced them to do it on the 1st rain it was leaking worse then my old one. 3 weeks later my roof on the house had a leak, but they are due here tomorrow to fix everything.

Logan came to my house and introduced himself. He was very professional and very honest. Jason came out the next day for an appointment I made with Logan about checking out the roof. Jason introduced himself and was very professional, honest, laid back, and had an answer for every question and if he didn’t, he found an answer. Jason told me he would come on Friday, September 10, 2021, Before the roof was installed on the same day, to check out everything and to talk to me about the process again to reinsure me about why the cost of the project (roof) was worth the money. Jason’s work crew worked efficiently and effectively to finish the roof within the same day and before I even came back from lunch. They were a very good, hardworking crew and I would hire this company any day. Jason came back after the job was completed, talked with me, took pictures of the new roof, send me pictures of before end after, and continued to answer questions I had. Jason is a great guy, great family man, always complicated my girlfriend and myself, and continued to tell me about the warranties about the labor and parts. This company is a great company and is very reliable. They did a fantastic job.

Kenneth sold us our roof after the hail storm this year when we noticed a leak. He discovered five holes in our roof and his team was out completely installing a new roof for us within two days. His team worked tirelessly in the Houston heat and we appreciated their attention to detail and how quickly they had the job complete. 100% recommend Proper Roofing! Our roof looks amazing!

These guys really know what they’re doing. They did the job like it should have been done 20 years ago. Did you know a roof is supposed to be vented? They say what they mean and do what they say. Everything that was described to be before the job began was done. My roof is beautiful and quality materials were used. They replaced plywood that was weak and leaking in places and I have all new vents made of high grade materials. They even repaired the area around the chimney where shoddy work had been done before and moulding and shingles were coming up! They were very patient and answered all my questions and did a walk-around with me, after the job was done, to make sure I was satisfied. Even though I’m finding little pieces of roofing materials here and there, they did a very nice job of cleanup afterwards. These are the the guys to hire if you want the job done right, using the best products. Oh! And my new roof is guaranteed for 20 years! Thanks Proper Roofing!

Great experience from initial discussion through project completion. Did what they said they would do and very professional crew. Amazingly good clean up. Except for the great looking roof, you canâ t even tell we had a construction site here yesterday.
