I was in a rush to get the sod down as soon as possible, because the area being sodded was on a steep incline that was just professionally graded. They were able to fit me in quickly before rain ruined the grading. The grass laid was healthy and in good condition and took very well--no dead spots.

Rick was responsive and took great pride in his work. He was realistic in his scheduling, and did exactly what he said he would. I thought his prices were fair, and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Property Care did a great job at a competitive price. Their people are professionals that did not cut corners on a qualtiy job. They measured and explained thier processes and materials. They set the date for execution, arrived on time, executed the job as was explained. It was a perfect day:) It is wonderful to deal with people who actually do what they promise, and are honest. Easy to work with, great ideas, made changes as needed without any problems. Overall project came out better with added touches from company. Plan to have them do more projects in the future. The service was great.

I contracted Property Care to install a pond-less waterfall in the fall of 2008. They quoted the project the day after I talked to them on the phone about the project and came in well under the competition. I called them to award the job and 2 days later they showed up at the site to start work. As the project proceeded the folks at Property Care made some suggestions that made the water feature better than my original design and for minimal additional cost. After I added some extra landscaping to the project in the end Property Care�s invoice was very close to what the other contractors were going to charge that were only going to put in the waterfall. I would highly recommend Property Care and will use them for all my future landscaping projects.

Excellent Job! What started out as a fence job turned out to be a full blown landscaping project which has transformed my yard into the envy of the neighborhood. My neighbors can't believe the work that was done in the time frame. The landscaping consisted of and full brick patio that wrapped around the house, Fully mulched beds that surround the perimeter of the yard, Relocating of the plants and tress and newly planted trees, A shadow box fence around the entire backyard with 2 large gates, Relocating a large shed to fit the new landscape, Regrading of the entire backyard with premium topsoil and completed with seed/straw and hydroseed. A+++

It took a bit to get Rick to call me back each time, but I know he's very busy. Once my project got started, it went smoothly and quickly. His team did excellent work and went above and beyond the call of duty. I am very pleased!
