Doors - Repair
The workman arrived on time and performed the repairs very well. He compledted the work in a short tilme and cleaned up all debris. He was very courteous and quite engaging in conversation.

I needed prompt repairs (improper attic ventilation of bathroom fans) done following a home inspection prior to the home sale. This company was professional, courteous, and responded very quickly---had the work done within one week of the initial contact. The handyman (Lawrence) did a nice job, and the price was very reasonable. I have no problem recommending this company for needed repair work, and will use them in the future.

I was pleased that Mike faxed me an information sheet including references, insurance info. and MHIC license before visiting to provide an estimate. Top notch. The service was also performed within a week of the estimate, and the workmen, Jim and Lawrence did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to deal with. I will surely use the services of Property Contracting and Services again.

The replacement of our exterior door merits a SUPERIOR mark. After a somewhat slow start, the quality, communication and appearance of the door is nothing short of excellent. Jim even rebuilt the threshold with oak which was rounded off making a professional appearance instead of using a lesser grade of wood. I would definitely recommend Jim, Mike and Property Contracting & Services, Inc for any work that you may need to have done. If their commitment to quality for other work is as high as it was for my door (and I have no reason to believe that it isn't), you will be well pleased and satisfied. Thanks to all at Prop Cont for a great job !!!!!!!!!!!
