About us

Hello and Welcome to Property Conversions, LLC! We are a locally-owned family business and have a passion for improving your home and lifestyle. Brad was first exposed to the construction industry at the age of 12, helping his dad in the summertime work on rentals and rehabs. He was in the construction trades for 8 years after spending a few years in college, getting his contractor's license at age 25. Then he completed college and got a desk job in engineering, but has now come full-circle back to the construction industry. Please call us today for any and all of your renovation needs!

Brad and his crew worked hard and quickly. They knew exactly what they were doing and made everything look so easy. Great communication throughout the experience and he really seemed to do everything in his power to make us happy. 10/10 would definitely recommend and hire for our next project

had a kitchen remodel done. half new cabinets half refaced and it turned out perfectly. the people that who were contracted were very professional. they always were there when they said. I will hire again for bathroom remodeling in the near future
