We hired Property Enhancements to tear away aware and rebuild our back deck and front porch. John and his team did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the entirety of the project. John made sure we understood if there were going to be any delays and why. During removal of the old deck we encountered water damage that needed to be addressed prior to starting construction. John was upfront about the issue and had already developed a plan to deal with the problem. Not only did John and his team tackle problems head on but the quality of their work is outstanding. My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and we will be recommending John and Property Enhancements to our friends in the future.
