Alex dragged this job out for over 7 months. (Contracted for 6 weeks) Left is unable to use or bathroom along with unfinished flooring, unfinished plumbing, walls without Sheetrock, and damaged walls, and then refused to talk to my calls. He also left a dump trailer in my yard for more than 3 months killing the grass, when he did finally come to pick it up, his dually truck got stuck and left ruts in the front yard did not repair them. The subcontractors that came left the job saying Alex would not pay them. Leaving me to find other contractors on my own to complete and fix the unprofessional job Alex left behind. I highly advise anyone looking to remodel their home, to do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Alex was hired to clear my wooded lot of all trees, remove all trees and debris, grind the stumps, and poor a 20x40 slab. He never finished clearing the lot. Instead of removing the trees, he was trying to burn them on the property next to mine, which did not belong to me. He never made it through phase one, to move on to phase two of removing the debris and logs. He had excuse after excuse (it is too cold, it is raining, I will be there tomorrow, my guys are on another job, etc, etc.). Clearing this 100x150 lot was supposed to take 1-2 weeks. After nine weeks, I terminated his services and hired another company to complete the job that Alex would not complete. Alex did not work much, although he says he works Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm. If Alex worked two hours every other week, that was a lot for him. Alex was given half the money down but only completed one-quarter of the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY OR HIS COMPANY, PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT OF LA, LLC.

I truly thought I could trust Alex and Gary, however, I cant get them to come back and finish the job. I have a leak under the house where plumbing was installed, plastic blue and red PVC pipes extending from under the house that have not been tied into sewer, a washing machine drain that has not been connected to drainage, drainage pipes laid out in yard that have not been connected, Bags of quickcrete that have hardened in the bag, plywood that has warp from sitting so long, standing water that should have been relieved by grading and a drain basin. Alex ask for final payment with promise to complete work the next week. That was in february 2021. Since then I have numerous communications that indicate promised dates to return to complete work, which he has not done. I am very disappointed that my 94 year old father has been taken advantage of by Alex. I have had to hire a trash removal company to come and remove a mound of trash that was hoarding rats that alex left and promised to have picked up months ago.

Alex, Gary, and company are hard workers, perfectionists, and look to please the homeowner. They will work with you with what your wishes are, no matter how tall the task. They do wonders! Honest workers and reasonable pricing. AAAA++++

They did an excellent job with our yard. They had 12 loads of dirt to spread and level. Everything looks great and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

He does awesome work at a great price.

I have never had any bad experiences with Alexander. He is on time on budget and knowledgeable with all types of systems and I have yet to find something he is unable to do.

I think he is very easy to work with, has great ideas, and overall has been wonderful to work with!

This guy is great! I started out with a small project and as it went on I noticed the quality of his work and just kept adding more and more! Anything from laying tile, to decks, to fencing, to landscaping, to removing walls. Alex is an extremely smart and sophisticated professional!
