Today I had an inspector come over to help me look for a HUD tag on my mobile home, so I could apply for a title.The home was completely remodeled . New walls, windows, flooring , so no trace of any numbers. This inspector Steve Ciesielski from property management consultants went above and beyond to help me. He called manufacturing park, register of deeds, HUD . What we found out was it was manufactured in 1976 so no tags, but the house was put on a foundation so he found out we do not need a title! Not to mention he did all this work in sub below temperatures! It make me happy that there are still people who take great pride in their jobs and go above and beyond!!

Today I hired Steve Ciesielski from Property Management Consultants. He went above and beyond to try and find the HUD tags on my mobile home. And did I mention it was freezing outside! We had no luck as the house was completely remodeled, but he did not give up. He made several calls to get me the answers I needed. It made me happy to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their work and go above and beyond. I am so grateful for the work he did to get me the answers I needed to proceed. So if you are in need of a good inspector who takes pride in his work call Steve because he is the man for the job!

We had an amazing experience with Steve during as our home inspector! He was extremely thorough and detailed. He checked things we never would have even thought about. He went above and beyond for us and made sure we received the full report quickly, which we really appreciated with our tight timeline. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a home inspection! He also had equipment and checked things out realtor was also really impressed with. He had a tool to check moisture in walls that she hadn’t seen used before. It gives me great peace of mind knowing the house has been thoroughly inspected before we move into it. Thanks again Steve!
