Bad experience project manager lied nothing was ever on schedule. I feel he didn't have a clue about what he was doing .He was was very unorganized. Every week he told us he would take care of what was needed to finish our home project that didn't happen. I would not refer this company to anyone .Only thing was important to them wad your money not the customer nobody cares about the customer they all passed the job backed to the project manager. I had never I my life experience anything as awful as this company

After three years of restoration my luxury vinyl is buckling. I made a claim, inspection completed a month ago and I have call weekly but unable to get results. I am very unhappy with their response as the product appears to be defective

Jermaine was outstanding he answered all my questions he made feel everything would be okay and it was. I recommend him for a raise or some kind of award or promotion. When I say excellent customer service it is enough said. Loved his character.

As a Vietnam era veteran I learned the value of team work and excellence, how critical it is for the squad to work as a single unit. Every man has his part to ensure the success of the mission. Now as retired civilians my wife and I was faced with the task of fixing a flooded house that we live in. Had it not been for Property Medics of GA and the team of employees they have, we would not have been able to navigate our way out of this dilemma. Thanks to Scott Reiher who came in and put our minds at ease by letting us know that he and his staff have everything under control and assuring us that we were in capable hands. He reassured us that he would be with us in every step of the process, that our best interest is his mission and that Property Medics will get us back to a state of normalcy. Scot and his team were AMAZING!!! Before we could blink an eye Scot and his team were here! They were efficient, knowledgeable, quick, and professional. I pray that I never have water damage again but if I do without a doubt Property Medics of Ga will be the first and only call that I will make!

Do not pay until the smallest items are completed. I did so 6 months ago, and they have not been back.

I was totally impressed with PropertyMedics of Ga from the moment I hired them to do a plumbing job. Will, the serviceman, contacted me right away to confirm the job and stayed in touch a day before coming and then when he was on his way. He was friendly, efficient, and knowedgeable, and I felt totally confident in his work. I will definitely ask for him to return when I need another plumbing job.

He did a great job and came back to ensure his work was complete. The first visit resulted in the hot water heater misbehaving due to being set too hot. His subsequent visit fixed the issue.

William was very polite, professional, and efficient. He came at 5:30 on a Friday night and didn't finish until 8:45 It was a big job and I was so thankful that we had water back on the same day.
