Initial work with the provider started on 10/3. Initial contract was for $6000. Upon him reassessing the work that needed to be done and him needing to bring in another person, quote went to $13200. He came back at a later time and changed his quote to $17500. The last of the installments to insure he could pay his worker and his taxes was on 11/20. After payment was made on 11/20 he began showing up less and less often and for shorter hours. He would say he was working different projects and would not come back for days and would take 3 day weekends. Quality of work was shoddy at best and rarely cleaned up after himself and left it for me the homeowner to clean up. Joint compounds and paints spilled onto laminate floors that were installed in 8/2018. When I confronted him about showing up less frequently he said that he was in the tail end of my project and all he had left to do was paint however, in the master bathroom there is no floor, there is no toilet, shower head or sink. In my garage as I sit right now there are 6 ceiling fans, 1 toilet, 1sink, and the fixtures for the sink and showers. Two bathrooms have been painted and no other painting other than primer has been done in the other rooms, no ceiling fans have been hung, and I have not seen him as of 1/25. He texted me to say he would be out on 1/28 at 2:30pm and never showed up. I gave him the key to my house so he can always get in and he has not responded to any of my text or phone calls since that time.

Very customer oriented

Fixtures were hung appropriately but the fee for the job was not as expected. There was an additional large set-up fee that we did not anticipate and want to warn others about.

They did a great job - I am very pleased with the work they did.
