Property Painting and Remodeling LLC

I had a great experience with Francisco and Property Painting & Remodeling. I reached out to several contractors, and Francisco was the only one who got back to me right away. His communication was excellent from start to finish, which I really appreciated. They did an amazing job on the exterior of my property, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The quality of work was definitely worth the price. I highly recommend Francisco and his crew!

If you have a problem with your project that has been done, the owner of the company himself will come out And look over it and do whatever he can to make a 100% happy customer. Having an owner like this of the company reach out to make things 100% perfect For you is what a business should be All about. I will reuse this company for that reason. Being that the owner made things 100% right?

Broken rose bush. Job ok.... they needed my hose. Their pricing is outrageous... I cancelled two portions of Job. I would not have let them do the portion I was unhappy with because they dont take cards and push hard for cash. I had to drive to bank twice. They cleaned my propane tank...NOT REQUESTED but did not do the back porch ... I added hanging a ring doorbell... 4 screws... 240.00. WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE THE WORKER COULDNT LEAVE OR TAKE MY MONEY UNTIK THE GESTAPO BOSS GOT THERE.. This caused me to have to cancel an appoint6i had scheduled. The whole thing was a little frightening.

They are very professional, they are very neat and clean, and they are very reliable! They showed up on time every day and even stayed late to get the job done. I was very pleased with their work!
