Property Perfection

I had the top of a tree fall after a storm, and Mark stopped by, as he must have seen it from the road. He was a great salesperson and insisted he could take the tree top off the fence and then trim the rest of the limbs and bring the tree down. I asked for his Business License to see if he was insured and bonded and was informed he was, but he never presented me with any proof. He was very polite and did give a good quote; however, he kept asking for money as he did different parts of the job. When I did not give him more money, as I already gave him more than the quote, he left and did not finish the job, leaving tree limbs and stumps in my yard and the neighbor yard. I called, and he said he was on his way but never returned. I am very disappointed, as he said this job was nothing and it took 3 days, and then he left me with a mess in my yard not just tree debris but ruts in my yard that will cost me more money to finish the clean-up and repair my yard. He left tree limbs on the street of my neighbor neighborhood and the road outside my neighborhood. Beware before you hire! I treated him as a friend by constantly giving him drinks and food since it was so hot.

I am very happy with yhe wonderful service!!

Mark is professional , accommodating, prompt, and price is reasonable. We will definitely hire him again.

Mark was very professional, accommodating, timely and reasonably priced. His work was of high quality, which is why I highly recommend him. He is my new tree guy going forward.

They work very hard and try their best to get the work done as soon they can. They left all clean after their work day and Mr. Mark could get the crane and the dumpster done so fast.. People were stopping by to see his work as before and after. If you are looking for someone to do your trees he is the one. His price is good and such an educated young man.

Very pleasant and informative.

made a very reasonable quote and did the work the same day and was very personable.

I was so very happy with the work that was done on my trees. They were able to get the work done the same day that we spoke so I was very happy. Mark and his team did a great job, I would highly recommend them.

I was so pleased with the work that was done on my trees. I was able to get the work done the same day that we spoke so I was very thrilled about that. I wasn't able to be home when the work was done but he knew exactly what to do without me directing him on exactly what I wanted. He also cleaned up as well so I had 0 mess in my yard upon returning. The best thing of it all was the price! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.

Mark came out and gave us a quote immediately and came back and did the work the next day. He did a wonderful job with our landscaping and fixed our pool pavers. I would definitely recommend him!

Mark arrived on time and did a very. Good job cutting and removing a Large Pine Tree. He is A very Good Worker and would recommend him. Thank You Mark!!!

Mark did a great job adding ceramic tile to my lanai wall. I plan to rehire him for other jobs and I highly recommend his services. Thank you Mark.

I originally had given a 5-star review because my floor looked amazing in the dark. The very next day, I could see grout stains all over the tiles (not in the edges) but on the actual tiles themselves. Although he returned after I called, I do not see much improvement. He promised to return but failed to do so. I would be happy if the tiles were just as beautiful as they were before the grout was placed on top of it. :-(

Mark did a great job with our floors, painting the exterior of the house and the bathroom remodel. I feel lucky to have found him.

Mark did a fantastic job clearing out our backyard that was overgrown with vines and brush! It looks amazing!

Mark is very courteous and respectful. He is also a good listener. The first day, Mark did what was asked exceptionally well , then asked if I was, please. He told me to call If there were any needed corrections. The second day, Mark brought his brother in law who was also a hate worker and very polite. I recommended this company for any paint job. Well Done fellas!
