These guys were very gung-ho and ready to jump on the 'major' portion of our project and at first glance it looked great and we were very pleased, but after looking closer we noticed they had only used a single height block when we had discussed double height blocking and the whole area needed at least another 2inches of mulch all around. they never returned to fill in the rest to our satisfaction. we requested an outline border to an existing flower bed but they never did that. we requested the front trees be trimmed back off the porch and corner of the house but they didnt do that. they were supposed to build a border around 2 trees and 1 bush but they didnt do that either. they were supposed to cut our grass on a recurring basis; they did an initial cut that day but never returned. they seemed to avoid our calls after that first visit. we aid them $900 for everything but since they didnt do everything we discussed we were totally RIPED OFF...!! these guys owe us a refund (at least $400 in our estimate) or they need to come back out and finish the job they were contracted to do.
