Lee was a very nice man. Unfortunately, his quality of work was awful. We had to let him go after he said he finished a room. I now need to hire someone else to come and redo everything he has done. He has wasted my time and money, and due to his age, I felt horrible telling him how bad his work is.

I am not quite sure that what he did is 100% correct. My old dryer vent, seems to me, was flush against the outside siding. He installed the new one and there is a gap between the vent and the siding.

unreliable. complained the whole time. never came back to finish the job. Unfortunately I paid him in cash! I called him and he said he would comeback but he never came back. I will never pay anyone in cash again. I would never recommend him to anyone. I would give him a rating of zero.

He was very prompt and I'm satisfied with the work but I thought the cost was very high for the type of basic repairs that were done. I regret that I didn't get an estimate first. The work needed to be done and, since he was already at my house, I told him to proceed with the work.

I appreciate the fact that he replaced the storm door handle so I didn't have to buy a new door. He saved me a lot of money. I did have to ask him to fix the storm door lock because it didn't work after the handle replacement.

Lee showed up right on time and did a great job removing old grout and replacing with new. It looks fantastic and completed in just over three hours. Haven't had done in 20 years and now it looks like new.

I asked for grout repair in master shower and he used caulk instead. Didn't know I would need to watch him every minute. Now I will still need grout replacement as caulk looks terrible. He did caulk nicely around kitchen sink and was very pleasant. Too expensive just for caulking.
