Warning! Mike Godfrey, owner of Property Professionals, LLC, was working on the condo next door to us and we thought that this was reliable enough to hire him to paint our unit. He came one day and took a cash deposit to buy the paint. He did not show up again and has stopped communicating with us.

Mike and his crew were great! Mike helped keep me informed of arrival times to my home and any other matters which came up. He made sure I was satisfied with the work done and even repainted a room that was already completed due to the wrong choice in paint. He made suggestions such as painting the window trim white to help the overall look much more modern. His pricing was very reasonable but most important the quality of the work was great. It was great working with these professionals and I would definitely hire them again.

Mike and one of his very talented crews (Wil and Adam) painted our whole house. They did an amazing job. Mike was fantastic, professional and super helpful. They exceeded our expectations. I have worked with several contractors over the last couple years. They TOP THE LIST.

Mike and team did a great job painting our finished basement and kitchen island! We received an estimate on a Friday and the work was started and completed that following Tuesday. Mike gave recommendations on color and how to make the project better, which was really helpful. They didn't cut corners and were a good value! We'll definitely use them for our next paint job!!!
