Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I have been struggling with this company for 4+ months. I was pressured by the man who installed a new fence, to sign off to his superior immediately, so he would be certain to "get paid before the weekend." One week after installation and a rain storm, hardware fell off the back portion of the fence, leaving the gate unclosable. Items I addressed at inspection are still not resolved. This company left trash (pieces of vinyl fencing, hardware, cardboard boxes, plastic wrap) from the job in my yard. I asked the supervisor present upon inspection to have the trash removed and the trash is still in my yard. I've had telephone conversations with another supervisor and none of my issues have been resolved. If I talk to anyone who uses HomeAdvisor, I do not hesitate to share this horrible experience I've had with Property Professionals.

The team kept me informed every step of the project(s). This was no easy task as the project required my input from an off site location-still the team worked with me to complete a multi leveled project spanning over 60 days. They are very professional and customer arrive friendly. I highly recommend Property Professionals and will consult them on any future needs.

This company is awesome. Work is high quality and the people are higher quality yet! Excellent communication and their pricing on our metal roof was excellent. Finished roof looked awesome until atree fell thru it two months later! $11,000 damage and Prop Pros put our house back together on schedule and good as new. THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME!

Drywall - Install
Asked them to fix my drywall, it cracked again, asked them to fix my upstairs bathroom pipe that is leaking, made up something and said its fixed, still leaking, made a patch in my upstairs bathroom that looked like my child tried to make. Horrible, didn't show up 2 times, first time they let me know, second time didn't bother telling me. Had to ask them to tell them multiple times the drywall was not fixed. I will never hire these guys ever again. I ended up going and buying mud and did it myself. 0 exp and my patch upstairs is night and day compared to them. Big waste of my time and money.

"Repair: Drywall repair and bath shower nozzle leak repair. Customer installed his own drywall and we were called upon to finish his job. The customer had hung his own drywall. He was advised at the time of our first appointment that the drywall was hung poorly. There were large gaps between the sheets of drywall and in retrospect we shouldn't have taken the job. We tried to save it. We took on the project. We went back 3 times to make it as good as could be. We performed the repairs and the customer paid without any hesitation. Received Home advisor review on October 21. Called and talked to Mr. Baier last Friday. I stated I would like to see that he was a satisfied customer. He stated he would no longer allow us back into his home. We are at an impasse. We are willing to return and do whatever is necessary."

They were prompt with the initial contact. When I stated what I needed and why I was in a hurry. The service guy contacted me quickly to schedule estimate and repair date. The repair date slipped a few days because of bad weather but that was OK. Overall nice people and quality work
