We hired services from James Lourcey for a home inspection and he was so nice! He was very prompt with all of his responses. From calling to see if we still needed services, to showing up on time, and sending the final report before the deadline. He was extremely professional and took his time to make sure everything in our l home was checked throughly. He took the time to explain things we did not understand and advised accordingly. James of Property Pros Home Inspections did a professional job in doing a pre-inspection prior to putting our house up for sale. We were informed of some issues that we were not even aware of. It allowed us to correct these issues prior to listing the house. We can credit Property Pros services as helping the house going under contract within a week after our initial open house. Best price of all quotes I received, and I couldn't imagine a better job. James was very thorough, explained everything and turned around the report in just a few hours. This was a one year new home warranty inspection, and I had bought homes before so he is the third inspector I've used in my home ownership era. By far the best of them all!

James was prompt with his response when I requested a quote through home advisor. He was by far the cheapest quote around, but don’t let it fool you he does great work. I needed a quick inspection and he scheduled me in less than a week. He showed up ahead of scheduled inspection time to get ahead of the game. He worked fast and thorough making his way through the house. He inspected everything I expected plus more. I followed him around a little while trying to not interrupt him. After the fact he took the time to show me any significant findings and explained what he thought about them. This is my first home so I had plenty of questions which he took all the extra time to answer. He wasn’t like a normal contractor, he was almost like a buddy helping me with an inspection. In my opinion he went above and beyond expectations.
