Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
SCAM! Leroy from Property Rehab Central Claimed to be a property manager and a contractor. NOT LICENSED. I have since found out other customers have been scammed as well. He prey's on out-of-state investors. He will respond to this claim that I am a slum lord to justify this negative review and keep his scam going. He stole thousands of dollars from my me. BBB has him as an F rating.

Major Renovation of Multiple Rooms
Company is advertising that they are a Property Management Company AND will do all your repairs. The ONLY thing Leroy did was collect rent from my tenants and claimed all the money was for repairs. He will just take all your money. He does NOT have a license to Manage Properties nor does he have a Contractors License. He will take your money and then disappear. Do not believe any positive reviews because they are his "friends".
